We didn’t pick the communities we serve by accident. We picked the areas we serve – Montana, Oregon, and Hawai’i – because we have strong personal connections to these areas.  We picked these areas for their strong family and emotional connections and a desire to see the areas we love – and where our clients live – thrive and grow.

We know that our clients have full lives within their communities and sometimes look to these communities for help. Your Disability Team and Montana Work Comp Solutions are committed to contributing to our communities through our “Community Solutions” programs.  To that end, we commit a portion of each fee to the program and make monthly distributions to non-profits in the areas we serve.  Our primary focus is addressing food insecurity as well as providing scholarships to graduation seniors at area high schools.
